A colleague just arrived from Spain and brought us some Farga chocolates from Barcelona. While the chocolate is smooth, it didn’t taste fresh. I tried everything except the oval one with the white stripe because they said it had coconut filling. I’m not particularly fond of coconut, except for its coconut milk when used as a creamy base for shrimp, fish and vegetables (more popularly known in the Philippines as gata). I liked best the hazelnut chocolate covered balls.
